- MLS sold report for 6 months in 0.75 mile radius with 20% square footage variance
- MLS active, pending and back-up homes for sale within 0.75 mile radius with 20% square footage variance
- Your price opinion of fair market value in “as is” condition.
- Your price opinion of the sell in 30 days with multiple offers price
